From the kitchen there is a narrow stair which provides access to the floored and lined attic. Under stair cupboard. Door to rear vestibule. The Rear Vestibule has a timber door to the back garden, window to rear and a built in cupboard housing the central heating boiler.

The floored and lined attic (approx. 10′4′′ x 9′6′′ at most usable space) has a Velux window to rear and provides excellent possibilities for further adaptation to form accommodation. From the attic there are various access points to further storage within the roof void.

Although elements of the house require a degree of modernisation the house is nonetheless well presented and has been well cared for.

The attractive garden extends to the front and rear of the house. The front garden is configured to provide an area of lawn, borders planted with rose beds and hydrangeas and hedge. There are double galvanised gates which open on to a tarmac drive which in turn provides access to a timber detached garage. The back garden is sheltered, enclosed by wall and timber paling fence. The garden is fashioned to provide spaces laid in gravel, concrete pathway, planted borders and lawn.

South Park Avenue is a great locality. The house occupies a slightly elevated position from where it enjoys an uninterrupted view across Victory Park. The situation is convenient for easy access to Girvan Primary School, Girvan Academy and the town centre. The house is about 700 yards from Girvan′s sea front. All other local amenities are readily accessible. This is good solid house in a great spot, viewing is therefore thoroughly recommended.
