The south facing garden is nicely established and is enclosed by wall, timber paling fence and mature hedges. The garden is primarily in lawn which in turn is interspersed with planted areas. At the immediate front of the cottage is an area in mono block and here is a patio with a brick built barbeque. Along the side of the cottage is area laid in mono block and here is a timber shed. This space is accessed by way of double timber gates. Behind the cottage is a large level area laid in mono block part of which affords shared access to the neighbouring cottage. This is a charming cottage in a pretty setting. Easily accessible just off the A75. Stranraer is approximately 6 miles west and the market town of Newton Stewart is about 18 miles east. The property is in good heart and viewing is strongly recommended.
