The rear is mainly in gravel and there is also a bank leading up to a fence and beyond to open farmland. This bank affords further possibilities to be further landscaped. There is ample parking in the back garden.

From the bedrooms upstairs there is a lovely view to be enjoyed over neighbouring properties towards the Stinchar Valley and surrounding hillside. From the rear of the property there is a view across farmland.
